Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I agree with the many posts that tell of the disrespectful and mean manager - DAWN.
She was short with me as well and definitely had the attitude that she couldn't care less when I tried to have a problem resolved that only she could authorize.
She was condescending and disinterested in helping me.
