There is a WHOLE lot worse things that go on regularly at 'Grand'ridge apts than vandalism!
How about shootings, drug dealings, burglaries and on and on and on.

----, the complex's manager, turns a blind eye to it ALL.
Her tenant motto is: JUST PAY UP AND SHUT UP!!!
