I lived here for 8 months. We had problems at the beginning but we thought we'd give them some time to fix the issues. Some were very serious, others not too bad. But, with persisting to remind them of repairs, still many were needed many months later. Also, beware of leaky windows (our gas bills were super high in the winter and it was freezing in the house) and paper thin walls. Bugs everywhere...in our utensil drawer in the kitchen! And we kept things decently clean, nothing so bad that it would attract bugs, that's for sure. I would strongly recommend you think long and hard before moving in here. I've never been so disappointed and I'm pretty easy to please.
