I lived for 1 year-couldn't stand any longer. During the summer my A/C was broken for almost a month. I would remind over and over again that it was broken and no one helped. Maintence came 2 or 3 times and it was never fixed. It was really unbearable with the Omaha heat. The staff is also really rude when you ask them questions. They always talk to you like they are better than you. I did not enjoy my experience living in this apartment.
