In my tenure here I have been impressed with the office staff and the grounds maintenance. However ,for the price of rent and you would think slightly upward mobile neighbors would take better care of the plce.Some of the residence treat the place like it's a trailer park. Dumping trash on the outside of the dumpsters '' Poor internal to external maintenance when it comes to paper cups and neighbor's kids leaving bikes and toys in the doorways. No real noise problems at all. In other buildings you can hear your neighbors doing you know what.... These apartments seem well insulated and noise proof unless someone is yelling at their kids. For the most part Hillsborough is a good place to live and very central to shopping , restaurants and theatres in morthwest Omaha.
Also centrally located for your golfing needs. Hillsborough Pointe is worth a look !!
