I have just completed my first year, and am looking forward to signing for a second. Area is a beautiful place to live in, and is well maintained all year long. I have had one maintenance problem and it was fixed with one phone call and the same day.

The noise level is great. There is the occasional loud noise that can be heard above or next door depending on what is going on and if I have nothing on. I can usually always fix the problem by turning something on such as the radio or TV.

I can usually find a space by my apt. door, and always by the building. I never have to walk a ways.

Area is well lit, and they have security that patrols the area. I always see them around after dark.

Office staff has been always helpful. I was locked out once, and they followed adequate procedures, such as checking identification, and only giving me the key to my apt.

Overall, Great Place to Live!!!
