Some good, some bad

I found the office staff to be very helpful and requests for maintenence handled quickly. The apartment was huge and had a monserous walk in closet. Plus, it's the first place I've rented that didn't try to scam me out of my deposit.
On the down side: My apartment wasn't completely cleaned on my move in date. I had to pay for two weeks I wasn't there because I was moving mid-month but they waited until a few days before I moved to start cleaning it. Secondly, the quality of construction is dismal. Walking in the front entrance on the first floor, I could hear my cell phone ringing on the opposite side of the building on the third floor. Poorly insulated, every noise in the apartments next to mine could be heard. There were loud all-night parties and all you can do is call a private security firm to deal with them, meaning nothing happens to the residents.
Summary: If you need a place to stay for six months max, it'll do. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options in the area.
