HORRIBLE Office staff

These apartments are beautiful with big rooms and fast maintenance. The only complaint that we have is a woman at the office named CATHY. This lady is just ridiculous to have to deal with. She is seriously unprofessional and has NO customer service skills. I have never dealt with someone who was so blatantly rude. She has basically called me a liar twice and is never wrong about anything. What ever happened to the customer is always right!!' HIRE SOME NEW HELP WITH SOME PEOPLE SKILLS!!
