I have lived here for a few years and can definately agree with other reviewers regarding the noise and management. When the weather gets a bit warmer, there are deck parties and screaming idiot college students, not to mention people SPEEDING thru the lots dangerously--all weekend and usually most weeknights, also. The security company is a joke: I have witnessed them approach drunken fools frolicking in the parking lots at 3 AM, only to watch them get in their little white security cars and drive away, leaving the loud drunks to resume their antics. The management is absolutely horrible: I drop my rent check into the overnight drop in order to avoid the main manager and her dim lackies. She (Cathy) is not a nice person: she is quite possibly the least people-friendly manager of any sort I have ever encountered.
In addition, you can hear everything in the apartments, so don't dare live on the lower floors. There are no elevators, so if you feel like walking stairs and like the big closet, possibly move here. One issue I found extremely annoying was the lack of any coat closet or additional storage besides the one...big...closet... There are better places to be rented in NW and SW Omaha.
On the plus side: the maintenance staff seems great and hard-working (but that should be the norm...)

I have lived here for a year and never have I been interrupted by drunken parties. Snow removal was prompt even during the recent blizzard in Feb. 07. Esther is a good helpful manager. Kathy has not been rude with me yet. Not very professional though, however Esther is very professional. Love the apartments. The only problem was the smell when we moved in. They promised to air out the stale smoke air, but it took me three monthes to get it out. Other than that the maintenance men are extremly prompt and helpful.
