OK OK. Its not a bad place. I have lived at Hillsborugh off and on for about 5yrs because of work...
1)Office mangement. Its not as bad as people say.
2)grounds crew and maintenance: very good, very helpful and friendly.
3)work out room: Dirty need new stuff treadmill.
4)parking: ok depends where you live.
5)people: mixed some nice some not. Thats everywhere
6)noise: people its an apartment.
7)very safe
8)over-all: 7.5 out of 10
