I had a total of five close friends over, and the police were called on my apartment, at 9:30 pm! Tenants are unfriendly, uptight and seemingly pompous. Overpriced, Bad Location. I looked out my apartment window one night and saw a man sexually satisfying another man in the alley. the apartament is behind "The Maxx", a bar that on some nights is very loud. There is no leasing office inside the building so you have to call in order to get anything done. I saw people getting into the building from off the street. The garage is located in the alley and is dangerous to get out of.

I have one nice thing to say though. The grounds keeper was very nice and friendly.
