The Kellom Knolls Apartments were not normaly built for college students That is why there are other tenents there besides college students....Next it is within the black community just say it and not all the people that live here are loud and rude.... I don't know what part u live in were the laundry room smells like urin but I don't smell it here...I do agree on the parkin in the winter but thats only in the winter...Other that that these apartments are nice and also priced right...If u are lookin for a budget.
