I'd say this is an average apartment complex but I stayed here for four years while I went to Creighton medical school because of its wonderful convenience. So, despite some noisy neighbors upstairs (the walls are kind of thin) and some minor maintenance probems (the maintenance people were usually helpful) and being a little bit scared for my safety as I ran from my car to the apartment at night (never had any safety issues but there were some shady characters walking around at early hours in the morning), I would recommend it to a Creighton student just starting out. I got to go home for lunch, use the athletic facilities at Creighton and it was especially good when you were working long hours at the library and hospital across the street. So, overall a fine deal for a student.
