I lived here during my first 2 years of pharmacy school, and I would say my overall experience was mediocre. The maintenance staff kept the grounds nice, but that's about it. As for internal maintenance, they never fixed our garbage disposal, even though we put in several requests. The walls were very thin, so you could hear everything going on above, below, and next door. Silverfish were an issue in our apartment no matter how much repellent we sprayed, and no matter how clean we kept our place. My roommate's car was broken into in broad daylight, and her CD player was stolen. In addition, a police car chase ended in our front yard.

My final warning is that when you move out, make sure you get the agreed upon move out date in writing. We told the management that we would be moving out a few weeks before our lease was up, and asked the lady if we would be charged for that. She told us that we wouldn't, but the following month, instead of receiving our security deposit, we received a statement telling us that the deposit was used for the next month's rent.
