Well, if you're accustomed to living in black neighborhoods then this place is not so bad. I'm from Richmond CA, so I thought they were ok. If you are the typical college student from the burbs, then you probably won't enjoy your stay. These people can't go sit and watch a movie for 2 hours without talking loudly, do you expect them to turn down their music for you' Oh no you didn't!

The pool has oil slicks, either from jerry curls or the women that like to cake on 5 coats of suntan lotion. If you have a car, good luck. If it's decent at all it will probably get broken in to. Even if it's not decent, the crack heads will probably break in for your change, CDs, clothes, bag of peanuts and so on.

Also, if you think complaining is going to help you, it won't. The management won't do anything when it comes to black people, that's racism in their eyes. Unfortunately this country has dwindled itself into a politically correct nonsense and as a result you aren't allowed to point out flaws in different cultures.

Anyways to sum it up, there are far worse places to live. There are also far better places where the black population is a lot lower. What a coincidence huh. Gs up Hoes down.

Example: Early one morning I'm talking to my girlfriend and glanced out my back door and there is a body in the lawn. So I hang up, call the cops, open my door and yep there's a body. So I go out there and I swear this guy looks dead, but he's all dirty and wow the smell - so no way in heck I'm touching him to see if he is or not. Anyways, turns out it was a false alarm, just a bumb passed out. Thanks security, you are doing a terrific job ha ha.

It's funny that you call me racist. I'm half black, half hispanic. It's called reality dumbasses, get used to it. Everything in my review was fact. Don't blame me because you need the truth sugar coated so it's easier to swallow. Poor neighborhoods, minorities, violence, theft, loud music?! *Gasp* I can't believe he just said that! Furthermore, learn how to spell for Christ sake. 'You' is 2 more letters than "u", it's not that hard.
