I lived in these apartments while I was going to school at Creighton. Management is a joke, or was when I was there I believe it has changed since. Maintenence was a joke, A/C and heat was either off or on full blast. No big deal though really. Got yelled at by neighbors hanging out on the balcony's as I walked into the apartments. Oh yea..one apartment a live grenade was found. Regular Omaha police visits. Oh well...it definitely builds character living in these apartments. All in all if I went back and did it all over again I would live in the apartments again. It was always a fun ride. I would definitely recommend living on Izard court (closes row to Cumming Street).

I am currently living in Kellom Place, very close to Kellom Knoll and I am surprised by this review. I will agree that we have had quite a few management changes, but I think that is due to the change in staff from Seldin, the management company, and is not directly related to the complex. My husband is going to school at Creighton and we absolutely love living close enough for him to walk. We haven't had problems with crazy neighbors and it isn't visited by the police regularly like stated above. We have had a few ambulances going to the retirement home across the street though. All in all I love the fact that it has secure access, a garage without an extra fee, central air, a dishwasher, spacious rooms and lights in every bedroom so you don't have to live with 50 lamps. The price is amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming for school.
