I have lived in this apartment for only a couple of months, but can definitely say that it is MUCH better than the last property I lived in, which was in West Omaha.
The residents are friendly, the laundry facilities are incredible, and the staff is very pleasant. I live directly accross from the Blues Club, and the noise is not bad, unless you live silently yourself (no tv, no radio). The neighborhood is nice, even with its' close proximity to some less than desireable elements (the bus station is nearby, but far enough that I've never been bothered). I regularly walk to the old market and other downtown locations, and feel very safe doing so. The only issue I have with the building is that the common areas could use a little "freshening up" a wipe down of the walls and doors. Over all, this is one of the best apartments I've lived in.
