I have lived her a LONG time-6 yrs. I have never had a issue of noise, the neighbors are friendly, and they are making improvements to hallways and such. The only complaint I have is that the new maint. staff is VERY poor. We got 1 month replacement filters for our furnaces. They are labeled as such. I have not had mine replaced going on month two now. In addition, there are certain maint. items I have requested to be fixed, and nothing is done. They are not slum lords. They do fix things that are not complicated to fix, but when it comes to cleaning up after they fix something, that is when I have run into issues.
