i've lived here for over two years now and i love how quiet the building is. i rarely ever hear anyone and to me that is incredible considering other places i have lived. the price of rent i mentioned does include a $50 parking fee, but since it's downtown i don't mind. everyone is friendly here whether a tenant or the staff and i haven't had any issues with anyone. the downtown area may not be ideal for kids, since there isn't any place for them to play, but otherwise if you're a single professional, or retired this is a great place. the location is wonderful.
