Kensington Tower

I've lived here several months and find that the apartment meets all my needs plus. Very quiet with nice and considerate fellow tenants. The management and maintenance staff know their jobs and address issues as soon as they come up. The common area could use a little sparking up but is clean and attended to regularly. Laundry very clean with new machines. Location is prime. Just minutes to walk to the office, the Old Market, shops, the Orpheum less than a block away, new grocery store in the next block, city bus stop right in front of the building, just everything right out the door. If you don't have a space in the parking lot, it can be a problem when there's a show nearby, but just takes a little advance planning and keeping an eye on their schedules. Police department practically next door and fire department across the alley. I highly recommend it.
