My Dad lived here 10 months when he was hospitalized and subsequently passed away. We notified the leasing office, moved all of his stuff out and had the place professionally cleaned within 15 days. Received a bill from them a couple of months later that stated they were keeping his $450 deposit and I owed them an additional $800 for among other things, a "releasing fee" because he broke his lease. The man DIED, he didn't up and move somewhere else. They also said that the carpets needed to be replaced, they were not new when he moved in and I had just paid Kensington to clean them while he was hospitalized. The continued to hassle me about the money until I asked them if I was on the lease, (I knew I was not)when they said no, I told them to leave me alone then. Slosburg/Richland whatever they call themselves this week are a bunch of crooked slumlords posing as a business. Unfortunately I have dealt with them a few times because they keep changing their name and you don't know it's them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/COMPANIES . In addition, the apartments are falling apart and maintenance sucks. Ask them how many fires they have had. For some reason these apartments keep catching on fire.
