I lived with a roommate at Kensington for a year. We started off O.K. even though the manager told us we were on 2nd floor and facing the trees on the outside. Go to move in and we are on the 3rd floor and facing the courtyard. Everything was O.K. for the most part, it was really quite, neighbors were pretty friendly, and the new manager that they got after we moved in was really nice. The new fitness center and pool are awesome. I like the security when it came to the entry doors and it wasn't working for like one day and they fixed it immediately. We did have tons of silverfish, very disgusting. There was also a floodlight right above our patio so our apartment was never dark. It took them a whole month before they ever put up shades in our apartment. They did a sloppy job when they came to re-plaster our bathroom from work they didn't finish. Water wouldn't come out of our sinks right sometimes and they would drain slow. My CD player and CDs were stolen out of my car and parking was really bad. It happened twice that our neighbor guy opened our apartment door when it was locked with his key while we were in our apartment, I guess he worked for the apts but still that really freaked us out. This is an O.K. place to live but I'm glad me and my roommate moved we mostly wanted a bigger apartment and one without bugs.
