Paper Thin Wall

I lived at Kensington for 1 1/2 years and would not recommend it to anyone. The walls were as thin as paper, I could hear the guy below me snoring and another neighbor liked to play his flute ALL DAY. I never had a problem with the management but the construction of the building sucks. There was only one cable outlet in the apartment so I had to have Cox come in and drill holes through the walls just to get cable in my bedrooms. Avoid this complex if possible.
