I am very unhappy with this property....They constantly have new people working in the leasing office and when you call the leasing office with an issue they really act as if they could care less...The corporate office is NOT much better...I will now stay away from Richdale Group properties because they REALLY do not know how to treat their tenants...When I moved in I was not given a tour and did not get to see my apartment until the DAY I signed my lease...(I was in a hurry to move due to boyfriend issues at the time) HOWEVER they are the ones that gave me my move in date and assured me everything would be done by then...I waited 3 weeks...calling each week to see if I would be able to view it because I did not want to be stuck at the last minute trying to find somewhere else to live....and each time they said it should be just a few more days...you won't be dissapointed....well I was dissapointed when I did not get to see the apartment until the day I moved into it and I was dissapointed that they did not even give me a tour...I did not know where my laundry room was for over 4 months! I finally got the nerve to walk in and ask because I felt like I should have already known that information....This would be the place for you if you do not have to deal with anyone that works for Richdale...They absolutely DO NOT care about their residents....OH AND MAKE SURE IF THE LEASING OFFICE TELLS YOU SOMETHING YOU GET IT IN WRITING...EVEN IF IT IS MORE THAN ONE LEASING AGENT....BECAUSE THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE A LIAR AND THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD THEM WRITE IT OUT
