	$700 per month. These are poorly insulated, which increased winter bill. Steve was ok, but Brandy is snotty and inconsiderate. For the record they do accept Section 8.

	I don´t know of anyone who would recommened a yes for this place. Brocken down, run down, NO MAINTENANCE, no heat, no air, broken everything and mold growing too. balconies that are so bad you can´t walk out on them. ... more
