Pain and suffering, and months of counseling for my stress due to managements neglect..I was promised the world, and got nothing, poor maintenance, my toilet was plugged for my family on christmas..Walks not shoveld, missed days of work...Dont rent from these crooks!!!

I completely disagree!! I have been at Lakeside for 2 years and love it. The management and office staff were wonderful and always prompt with requests. I don't understand how this resident missed any work due to the shoveling considering we all parked in an underground garage. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone, family & friends!

I'm afraid to say this, but this person sounds like they had a chip on their shoulders before they even moved in. Would they be happy anywhere? We've been here almost 6 years now and totally enjoy living here! The staff and maintenance crew are always very helpful and ready to jump up when we call. One time on Christmas Eve we were having plumbing problems, and they came right over and fixed it. As far as the snow not being shovelled, that is totally ridiculous. Our snow is always shovelled within an hour of the snow stopping (even in the middle of the night). The underground garages are great! This person must be extremely unhappy with life in general. Lakeside Hills is one of the best places we've every lived!

A plugged toilet and an unshoveled walkway? Even if maintenance and snow removal were not very prompt here (and they are), these are not the kind of experiences that send an average human being running to a mental health professional. Unless there is some diabolical conspiracy at work here wherein all of the Lakeside Hills staff set out to ruin this one person's life while treating every other tenant admirably, then this review defies understanding. Pay it no mind.
