i have lived here for 10 years. I have found the office and manitenance staff very friendly and helpful. Martinique, I feel, give the best deal for the money. The apartments are bigger than most and cost about the same. I have found that the rent is better, less, than apartments of the same size which is hard to find in Omaha. They are even less than a lot of apartments with smaller space. These apartments were built in the 70's. I have had little problems, even with them being that old. The office gets the probelms fixed very quickly and efficiently. I HIGHLY RECOMMEMD THESE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY AND VERY WELL SITUATED PLACE TO LIVE. Martinique are located minutes from two shopping malls, the interstart, shopping and down town.
