Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Rotten maintenance, they don't fix the problem, just cover it up. Maintenance on the way for the 3rd sewage flood in the lowest level of our townhome as I write this. And NO they won't replace the carpet, and they will make us MOVE everything to clean the carpet with their $.50 carpet cleaning company.
No ammenities unless loud music past 10PM quiet time cut off is an ammenity. Swimming pool, coming for 2 years, putting green, where' this isn't a community, it's a high rent dump. It's april, no signs of a pool.
I could go on and on, but you get the picture. The less than positive reviews here are the honest ones. Ohh don't forget the BONUS of piles of dog ---- from all the illegal resident dogs over 15 lbs.
Little respect from Management for the HUGE amount we pay every month.
