I'd avoid this dump

Rotten maintenance, they don't fix the problem, just cover it up. Maintenance on the way for the 3rd sewage flood in the lowest level of our townhome as I write this. And NO they won't replace the carpet, and they will make us MOVE everything to clean the carpet with their $.50 carpet cleaning company.
No ammenities unless loud music past 10PM quiet time cut off is an ammenity. Swimming pool, coming for 2 years, putting green, where? this isn't a community, it's a high rent dump. It's april, no signs of a pool.
I could go on and on, but you get the picture. The less than positive reviews here are the honest ones. Ohh don't forget the BONUS of piles of dog ---- from all the illegal resident dogs over 15 lbs.
Little respect from Management for the HUGE amount we pay every month.
