I just moved from another apartment complex and just wrote a negative review about it stating why I left. I figured I would write about Latvian while I was at it.
I just moved in awhile ago and LOVE IT here. The office people are great and have been really helpful at this stressful time. Although I wish there was a pool, we have use of one not far from here at their other property, until we get one. This is a great place and I recommend it highly.

Keep hanging on to that thought of the pool/fitness centre as well as good management, coz. it will soon chage. This place is pathetic as it can get.
