1.Very poor maintenance!!! You have a 50/50
chance of things working properly after repaired.They hire the cheapest people to work for them and use the cheapest materials to repair.
2.Dog poop everywhere!No one cleans up after their dogs.Also all the dogs are over 15 pounds so you have big dogs living there.
3.Leaves,leaves and more leaves.Grounds are littered with leaves,dog poop and trash.
4.Poor ,Shoddy construction.These apartments are at least 25 years old.Look around your door frames inside if they are cracking then the foundation is bad.It's a sinking hole.If you know anything about construction you will see what I mean.
5.HIGH,HIGH GAS BILLS--- You like paying a $200 gas bill then live here.Why--because they have no individual meters for each apartment.The gas company charges the Latvian complex and then they charge you whatever they want to.Oh and you pay to heat and air condition their hallways.ALL THE PATIO GLASS DOORS NEED REPLACED OVER THERE.THEY ARE SINGLE PAINE DOORS AND LET SO MUCH HEAT IN AND COLD IN.THAT IS WHY YOUR GAS BILL AND AIR CONDITION BILL IS SO HIGH. That is not a good deal you not paying the gas company directly so they can make money off of you.Remember no meters!
If you know anything about construction you will see what I am talking about --look in the store rooms.
6.RICHDALE COMPANY IS ALSO SLOSSBURG COMPANY--why would one company need two names' Because they like to hose people over so bad they need to keep changing their company name.
7.I also see alot of fire hazards over there.Look behind your washer and dryers in the laundry rooms and see how much junk is behind them--they never vacuum out the vents on the wall.The dryers are really old the heating elements are going out of them it sure takes alot of quarters to dry clothes.
8.DEALING WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS THEY COULD CARE LESS.They say write to the board of directos and they hide behind that all the time because they are too LAZY to fix the problem and really DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLAINLY THEY HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS OR MANAGEMENT SKILLS AT ALL.
9.They change office staff so much you can't even remember all the names who even works there.THEY ARE RUDE TO DEAL WITH AND WHEN YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE REQUEST THEY ACT LIKE IT IS A BIG INCONVIENCE TO DEAL WITH YOU.IF THEY ACTALLY TOOK CARE OF THE APARTMENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE THEY WOULDN;T BE SUCH SUCH A DISASTER.
10.Oh did you notice THEY HAVE NO COMPUTERS
over there.They do everything by hand and they take your rent check over to the corporate office by hand all the time and by the time it gets back to them they like to charge you a late fee.Make sure you receive all your checks back from the bank or an image from the bank so you have proof that your check is not late.No computers they are living in the 70's.
11.Management should spend less time gossiping about the residents and spend more time on cleaning up the unkept grounds and taking care of maintenance issues.They should really spend more time hiring more mature,more responsible people to work there.Someone who has people skills,management skills,customers service skills.This company likes to make promises they can't keep.
12.Some people pay really cheap rent there and some pay $700 and up for rent for the same amount of bedrooms,the same amount of bathrooms ,the exact same square footage.That always amazed me!Ask your neighbors how much they pay.
13.club house parties--they spend more time making up invitations instead of dealing with real issues over there--like maintenance issues,unkept grounds,and poor customer service to the current residents.
14.All the new apartments over there are because they had a BIG FIRE and they burned to the ground.They like to PULL A BAIT AND SWITCH--they show people the new apartments and then they give you an old apartment .
15.SHADY ,SHADY MANAGEMENT--at the corporate office.They need to be turned into the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU,THE CITY,AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY.They like to keep all your deposits so they can recarpet for the next person .
16.NO PARKING ABSOLUTELY NONE.Drive by there in the evening or on the weekend.They have really poor lighting a haven for crime.
17.REALLY CHEAP QUALITY CARPETING.

The Latvian apartments are not fit for a squirrel to live in!!! Please don't live here you will be sorry.

OK, let me get this straight. You wrote a novel and basically are unhappy that maint. uses cheap materials, dog poop, leaves and the fact that the complex is old. Were you blind before you moved in? Oh, and the fact that the office doesn't use computers. Society today needs to look at the big picture and not spend an entire weekend trying to trash a company. Get a job... or a life
