This is my third Omaha apartment and by far and away the worst. The managment is not only difficult to work with, they are impossible. I will NEVER rent from Richdale again. As for as Lativan goes, it would be nice if they had someone besides a 18-year-old kid with high school degree running the place. They went through five managers in six months at one time.

The buildings are falling apart, walls are paper thin, windows leak, and the appliences are OLD. Maintenance always comes to fix, but then they act as though I broke it! "Sorry sir, but the problems with this 1975 classic sink disposal have nothing to do with me."

The trees are beautiful, but I can't want to move out.

I lived at Latvian Village for 1 yr. The management was extremely inept. Most of them were just kids. The rent was high for the condition of the place and they raised it 50 dollars a week after our year was up. Bye Bye Latvian Village.

I've lived at Latvian Village for a little over a year now. They have since replaced all the patios and windows in all the apartments. Management is much better now too! They actually have someone in the office who knows what's going on. Things have been improving, but it is an older, classic apartment. You can't beat the deep trees that privately surround you in the middle of Omaha, and you could literally walk to Hy-Vee and back without a problem. Very convenient!

I also have lived at Latvian for about a year now. I have never had a problem with maintenance. They always come right away and he is very knowledgable. I have new appliances and I have never heard my neighbors.
