I have lived here for about a year now. I was reading some of the other postings and I have NO idea what any of you are talking. The staff is amazing!! They are all super friendly and not only do they know me but my dog too!!! I think that just shows they take the time to get to know me. I have never had a major maintance problem, only very minor things (I think a knob fell off in my kitchen once)and maintanence was there right away! For a knob!! Now that's service! My gas bill has never been over $100 and my apt is 1400 sq ft about. I have never had anything broken into either. But guess what' IT HAPPENS! Someone tried to steal my dad's car out of his driveway on 160th and Dodge! The neighbors are amazing! I feel like I have a second family. The property is gorgeous and I always feel like I am on vacation in Colorado when I am home. I almost feel sorry for people who don't live here! It is so nice to come home to a clean fresh smelling (my brother has lived in 2 apts. at Georgetown and both his hallways smell like vomit....GROSS), very nicely decorated hallway! (We decorate our hallways....all the ones I have seen look so cute!) I definately see why so many people move in and never move out. I am glad to say that I am joining that club!!!
