Leavenworth Lofts

This building is terrible. The walls in my apartment weren't even completely repainted before I moved they were spot checked with a diff color of paint. My bathroom is the worst. My bathroom doors are dirty with fingerprints on them. The cieling flakes. IT's such old wood that they keep repainting it but it flakes off. In BIG chunks. All the pipes and everything from the person above me are exposed above my kitched, and bathroom. And there is a bucket sitting underneath them. SO does that mean they apartment above me there sewer and water system is leaking?? Yeah they didn't fix that one either. It's completely ghetto. THey don't keep up with anything. They don't care about anything. And deffinitely dont expect your loft to be clean when you move in. People move out one day and you move in the next. Maintenance doesn't even check the apartments. I personally think they are overpriced just because of how sucky maintanence and everything is. You can hear EVERYTHING the person below above and beside you says. Parking can be a complete hasstle. Spend a little more and go somewhere that doesn't have a loft as their business office. Somewhere where they dress in something other than shorts, t-shirt, and a baseball cap. The door to the building is a big hunk of rotten wood. It has every scratch, dink, whole whatever in it. Plus lots of times people prop the damn doors open for random periods of time. Oh, and the elevators. Disgusting. Some dog or person peed in there one time. Do you think it was ever cleaned up?>? that's right.. NOPE! Someone barfed in the downstairs lobby. Someone cleand it up but theres still a huge spot you can see where they barfed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
