Appliances outdated, carpet is shoddy. Poor maintenance, we tried to get them to fix a door and they said that we didn't note it on our list in the walk-through (luckily we kept a copy, which we gladly pointed out contained the broken door). Everything in the apartment is old and out-dated. Our son, who was an infant at the time, experienced heightened lead counts while we lived here and we had to have him tested, until we left, at which time his lead count dropped -- Candletree insisted that the apartments had been re-painted and maintained to meet specification.

The worst thing about this apartment, was that it was infested with brown recluse spiders -- I personally killed at least six (6), and I confirmed with an arbitrary pest control agent that they were brown recluse spiders. These spiders could have killed our infant son, yet when the apartment maintenance guy came over, he scoffed at my wife, when she told him the kind of spider we were killing.

Complete lack of professionalism, service, maintenance, quality, standard of living. If you want to risk life and limb, and pay over $600/mo. to do so...this place is for you!
