As patient as I am, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In the heat of the summer it is no thrill to make numerous calls to maintenance and the manager to fix the A/C and even the Channel 7 news station is getting their answering machine. I went down to the main office to confront the manager only to hear her and the maintenance guy arguing about a particular problem. It happened to be the same one we were having. The maintenance here is abysmal. There seems to be only one maintenance person working here at Candletree and he is over worked with over 20 people ahead of us in need of maintenance. At the Summer?s heat wave we are without an A/C and the management has done nothing about it and even has become quite rude toward us about our requests to fix many problems. Roof is leaking, the A/C is leaking, and we have a nice colony of ants regularly being stomped on. You would think that the managers would at least have some compassion on people sweating day and night in an apartment with no A/C, but think again. It took the local news station just for Candletree to patch up the leaking roof on neighboring residents. Rent elsewhere P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
