Over the last several months we have nothing but fight with management. Then again they have changed managers more times than money in the apartents budget. The company has gone chapter 11 and had to sell several other properties...lucky people. We live on the 3rd floor, so we are screwed. Our roof has leaked since February (spring thaw) and is leaking yet today....drip, drip...nothing gets thought of being looked at unless an inspector is call and court orders are threatened. The bathroom roof below us caved in, a older woman has been sexually assaulted within the last year, the apartment building to the west of us experienced a dryer fire due to poor ventilation, stolen cars dumped in the parking lots, and other problems from finding horrible contractor to making us find our own contractors. Sure I'd move, not, too late for me and the other poor saps but there is still time for anyone elso. DO NOT MOVE IN THE CRAP HOLE!!!!
