This is the breakdown on the worst place on earth.

1. Over the years the complex has gone through at least three managers.

2. Everytime I went into the office there was always a new face. (high turnover)

3. This complex filed chapter 11 on 01/04/05 and sold a property Westbrook manor to try to recoop lost money.

4. You have nothing but lip service from the people and the office and the manager even blames her own workers saying that its there fault for not getting things fixed.

5. The complex is under heavy legality issues. I am under the impression that the complex is so broke and and legal trouble that they can't afford to fix there complex until court decisions are made. If the courts rule against the complex I feel that they will go under.

6. If you want to get something fix. You have a better chance of hell freezing over. This place will not fix anything unless you come into the office every other day to complain about the fixing. If your lucky and only have to call three times to get one thing fixed and it gets fixed within a month consider yourself vip!

7. Lastly if you love bad service, horrible management, leaky broken down apartments this is the place for you. Look no farther you have found the worst place to live in Omaha.

Final thoughts: This place has no business no how. If they did, they would not need to file chapter 11. You have to be pretty dumb not to understand how to manage property's. There is good money in apartment complexs and managed properly you can make a good profit. i.e. You can have your own house and pay 900 a month for a payment on a house. vs Slumlords that have many apartments and rent about the same amount with half the space. You do the math and figure out who comes ahead. The slumlords make money.
