I have lived at Candletree for 9 years. Been through numerous managers. Recently, a new one came in. I thought, oh boy here we go again, always new managers. You know how they are alot of talk. Boy was I wrong. When this new manager says it wil get done, she actually means it. I have had a water leak for 6 months, YES SIX. Everytime it rains well I go swimming in my living room. I thought I would try and get it repaired. The manager came right out of her office to talk to me. She sent someone to my apartment and she even came herself to look. Then she called me the next time it rained to make sure it was not leaking. The leak was taken care of and the ceiling was redone. If you live at Candletree now call and ask for the new manager Niky if you have a problem. She will actually take care of it. TRUST ME. I'm not sure who the new company is I have never heard of them. Bryon Reed I think. They are going to clean this place up though I think if they are all like this new manager. I have never seen so many people working here in years. WORKING. I still don't like some of the maintenance people though. And the one girl in the office, Amanda, well she will just lie to you don't talk to her. Some of the maintenance people are rude and act like your bothering them. Maybe this new company will fix that to. I actually decided to renew my lease and did a few weeks ago. The new manager seems like she is genuinely concerned if I'm happy or not. I think I'm starting to like Candletree again. Oh and the light in the parking lot works again. It's only been out for 3 years.
