It's amazing how so many things can go wrong with one complex. Some renters are given perks that others aren't. No one in the office knows anything because the turn around is so high. If you are quoted something, get it in writing. If you need something fixed, its faster to pay someone else to come in and do it. If you need peace and quite the walls are so thin, you will hear every conversation your neighbors below, above and beside you have. If you live on the bottom floor your apartment will flood if there is any clog in the drain in any of the floors above you. It really stinks when the people above you have 4 families living in a 2 bedroom apartment but the office thinks its one family. Since the apartment buildings are 50 years old they would be better torn down and rebuildt.
