Unlike the other comment, I think the new decks are great. At lease I feel safe now when myself or my daughter is on it unlike before. I think the company who is running the place now is really on top of things. There is so much going on here that I see something new everyday when I get home. If you don't like improvements then don't live here. If you do then this is the place for you. Improvements take time and some people have no patience. I think the other person who responded is over reacting.

I've had nothing but a great experience with the office and maintenance people. I think they have been very nice and quick to respond when I need something. Before they took over you couldn't get anything done here but now it is different.

I just wanted my experience noted. I've lived here for 10plus years and have never been happier since new management came in. It is obvious to me that they really take some pride in how they do things.

Oh and the new lights in the parking lot are nice to.
