Because they are the cheapest for a washer/dryer I think every lazy, loud, and rude person lives here. A gang fight happened in the parking lot and the management said if you report it to the police its not longer our problem and won't go talk to them. Maintance is a HUGE issue. If you get a new apartment you might get a problem ticket done in about 2 weeks otherwise you could end up waiting 4 months like I did. The bugs in the apartments are horrible (SilverFish, Boxselder Bugs, Spiders, etc). You have to park 4 buildings over if you get home after 5 pm. Snow Removal in the winter takes forever to do or they will plow you in. I feel like I'm living with my neighbors above, behind and below me. The walls are so thin I can hear people talk about private items, intement stuff, etc. I am so glad my lease is up in 3 months. I couldn't be paid to live here! Plus they charge more to people who have lived here longer and have the old apartments than the ones moving into the new/remodeled apartments. The office says they won't remodel the old apartments people are living in until they move out. There is a person that has lived in the complex for 12 years now and wants to stay but they refuse to redo his apartment unless he moves out. The people in the office turn over once a month or you can find them outside smoking or talking on their cell phones. Just all around bad apartment! I can't stress it enough!!!!
