Can't wait until my lease is up

I have been here almost a year, and am looking forward to leaving. My building was nice and quiet when I moved in...and the rest of the apartments were leased :(
I have spent more time listening to my neighbors TV's, stereos, conversations, parties, arguements, and bedroom activities than I ever thought I would be. I'm also sick of the building vibrating on a daily basis from the neighbors blasting their car stereos at all hours of the day and night.
I have had a number of maintainance issues over the past several months, and the only ones that have been attended to in a timely manner were those that could have potentially affected the tenants below me.
Also have had the water turned off a number of times in the building with NO warning first...very inconvenient when you are in the middle of a shower, running the dishwasher or the washing machine.
As for the leasing office staff...this is the rudest group of leasing staff that I have ever encountered...don't take residents concerns seriously, and have been quite abrupt on the phone when I have called the office and evasive when I have been in the office. And as far as the management goes, I am not sure I have ever seen the manager...maybe she doesn't really exist.
Oh...and somebody really needs to clean up the garbage around and in the buildings...mine is starting to look like a dump.
