This place is the worst place you could possibly live. They tried to make it seem like they were overhauling the community by changing the name and painting the buildings and saying they were going to be doing different things for the community.
They didn't make things better. So far, they have riped up the cable lines, disconnecting cable and internet 3 times in the past few months. They hire incompetent contractors that hire cheap labor to come in and then they totally mess things up. This last time, they managed to dig up cables for at least 4 buildings and now the cable company has to come out and relay all the underground wireing. *oops*
The management dosn't care about its tenants or the people moving in. I didn't get to see the apartment I was going to be moving into untill the day I was supposed to sign my lease, and even after they had a month to get it ready, it still wasn't ready. Parts of the apartment were dirty with dead bugs around and it looked like maintenence had just barely looked it over.
When you call in for a work order, theres no guarentee you'll ever hear back about it. And if you ask to speak to a manager about it, they just dodge you so they don't have to bother with you.
I refuse to spend more money at this place. I wanted a home, and I got a hell instead.
