this place just gets worse and worse. only move here if you love loud music; parties from the apartment next door, across the hall or above you that you can enjoy from the pleasure of your own living room or bedroom; if love drug dealing neighbors; if you love garbage left in the hallways, foyer and outside your building; if you love dog crap in the lawn; if you love living some place where the management is non-existent when you have an issue you truly need addressed; if you love the water being shut off without warning; if you love the cool breezes blowing in the windows and sliding doors in the winter.
if you truly enjoy neighbors who have no respect for anyone other than themselves and a sense of entitlement that they should be able to behave in any manner in which they choose, then Legacy Crossing is the place to be.
Section 9G of a tenant lease agreement states: the Tenant shall "conduct themselves and require guests to conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb other tenants peaceful enjoyment"...NOT enforced around this place...I haven't had peaceful enjoyment in my apartment in MONTHS depsite numerous complaints to the management office. Maybe the mysterious manager needs to move into my apartment for a while to find out what living here is really all about, especially after 10pm when per the rules and regulations ("disturbing noises") it is supposed to be quiet.
Had I any idea prior to moving here that the management would chose to keep offending tenants rather than dealing with them as per their own lease agreement and rules & regulations, I NEVER would have moved here. 4 sucky months left to go...
