This is the most horrible place to live. The noise in these buildings is just completely rediculous. The tenents that have children let them run and jump, and it is so bad in my apartment that I can hear the ceiling cracking. I hope nobody falls through my ceiling before I get a chance to get out of here. It shakes the ceiling fans in my bedroom and dining room. No respect for anybody, but themselves.

I have seen multiple times of drug dealing in the parking lot, which does not make me feel safe. I feel like I am living in the new improved west omaha ghetto. I have talked to several people in this complex and there has been buildings that have had roaches in them. That is just nasty. The water drains really slow in the sinks because of poor plumbing pipes.

The office help is horrible. You call because you have a problem and they act like it is no big deal. That shows me how professional they are.

Maintenence is slow at fixing stuff and when you call to have a work order put in they use the excuse that they are short stafted so they have no idea how long it is going to take.

I just can't believe how much this place has gone down just since June or July. Summer came and there was multiple evenings where I seen cops at the complex 1 or even 2 times in one day and when I moved in I never seen a cop in the complex.

For the amount of rent you have to pay for these ghetto apartments is rediculous. In the area where I stay I wonder how some people pay their rent because there vehicles never move, so that tells me there is illegal stuff going on here or this place takes section 8, which I was told they do not, but you would never know it by the trash they have living here.

My lease is going to be up soon and I can not wait to get the hell out of this ghetto apartment complex. Worst thing I ever did when I moved into this place.
