I hate this place! It's horrible! I have those nasty Silverfish bugs all over and they say they can't do anything about it as they are attracted to Cedar. My water is always shut off for repairs every week! Crime is horrible, it's like living in the ghetto.

They showed me an apartment with all never everything! They held a promotion saying "Newly Remodelded Apartments under New Ownership"........that is what they showed me.........I bet it was the only apartment they did like that! They refused to let me see my apartment until the day I moved in. They made excuses, saying they were putting in new cabinets or something. When I walked in the door, truck ready to unload, I was livid! 1970's cabinets that are cracked and nasty! The kitchen was filthy! All they did here was put in a couple new doors, paint the walls and lay carpet, cheaply I might add! They call that remodeling''' They conned me into living here. The management here is horrible, as well as the maintenance. All they do is put a bandaid on the problem instead of really fix it!

I have 8 more months on my lease.......I"m not even waiting for it to go up.......I"m onto bigger and better things! I will never live in an apartment ever again!

i would call the city inspector, if there are bugs they will come out and the apartment management has to do something about it, either move you to a different apartment or not hold you to your lease. trust me once you get a city inspector involved they will magically fix all your problems.
