I have only lived here for a short time but there have been nothing but problems,(STAY AWAY NEW PEOPLE)I was locked out of our new apartment for the first few days unable to mOve in,the keys would not work,they just kept making copys of the old key,four times trying to move in and nothing.I had a friend of mine have her door kicked in and robbed at knife point half naked hand zip tied behind her with a pillow case over her head,and the hopeless management kind of gave her a hard time about getting a new door,she now puts up 2x4's at night to try to keep safe,Her and her next door neibors had there cars broken into three days later!I have herd nothing but lies from Maint and from the management if I could get them to call me back(I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND FILE A LAWSUITE)08242007/NOW MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO AND EVERYTHING TAKEN OUT OF IT AND THE OFFICE IS SCREENING MY CALLS,AND THEY WANT ME TO SPEAK TO ARLOS THE ASST MANAGER,HE IT ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS IN THAT OFFICE,I ALSO THINK HE MIGHT BE IN ON OR KNOW MORE ABOUT THE BREAK IN'S NDY THE MANAGER WILL NOT RETURN CALLS EVERYTHING GOES THREW HER LACKY!THIS HAPPEND TODAY,IM BREAKING MY LEASE AND MOVEING THIS WEEKEND WE are gone!GOOD By!

Carlos is the assistant manager now...You have got to be kidding!! In my opinion, he was the second biggest hiring mistake Legacy Crossing ever made; the first one being the former assistant manager, Mary. When I lived there, he came on as a leasing representative who ignored complaints just like rest of management did. I am so glad I left there when my lease was up, and I feel sorry for those who have stayed, whether by choice or necessity. Good luck to all of you.

This Complex is the worst, I have black mold on my bedroom ceiling and I have told the 3 times about it> I have had enought, I will be in mpl;s and have taken pics and I will be going to there Corp office to hand them the pics and a letter about all the is wrong. I also have called the city and my best friend is a producer at on of the local TV station and they want to do a story about all this> I think they will let me out of my lease after there all over the news. Maybe the complex manger and here asst will lose there jobs. Wish me look in this .....

This place is the worst. The manager, Minday, is inept never returning phone calls or taking care of problems. Her only concern is when her next cigarette will be. The big whigs from Minnesota are not concerned with the residents; their top priority is money. This place needs to be turned into the city inspector...sewage leaks through walls and ceilings. This place is a dive. I no longer live here as of December and recommend anyone living their to get their concealed carry permit.

we had yet ANOTHER domestic disturbance this evening. This past summer I called the police four times in a matter of two weeks. I hate this place. OUr lease is finally up so now is the time to GET OUT!! I hear the person that said to get a gun permit. With all the break ins and hold ups. A couple just moved in across from us and their entire apt has completely been renovated. New appl and carpet. Looks beautiful but I want to get out of here. Not safe at all.
