Well my problem with this apt started before i even moved in here which should have been my first clue. The day we were scheduled to move in they call me 10 mins before i am suppose to be here to tell me that the apt wasnt ready yet. Excuse me i am scheduled to move in in 10 min on my way with my people and all my stuff and your gonna tell me to come in 3 hours. I yelled and did move in as scheduled working around the staff that was still finishing up the apt. We continued to have problems from there. We have had men on our balcony that we were not aware they were going to be there, sometimes even in front of my bedroom window and i am on the 3rd floor. I would think it would at least be courteous to let me know when there will be strangers at my windows. But the only response i got was to shut my blinds and wear clothes in my own apt. It got so bad i eventually contacted a lawyer to find out my rights. Also as for the noise problem, i think it is pretty pathetic that i have to wake up to my neighbors alarm clock going off. I have never been in an apt where the walls were so thin to hear someone else's alarm clock to the extent it wakes me up every morning. We have had maintence in here without our consent even though we requested we be home any time they enter. I even had to call the manager at Byron Reed because i was getting no response from any manager at the office of Legacy Crossing. They were a little bit more helpful but not much. My lease is over in a few months and i obviously will not be renewing it and cant wait to get out of here. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
