"REMODELED" is not what was done to these apartments. They just put a pretty covering over all the problems "You paint rust any color you want it's STILL RUST" Right after I moved in my car and 5 others were broken into in just my parking lot!! I talked to the office about it and was told, "It's not our problem. The only thing we can do is clean up the glass." 7 MONTHS LATER AND THERE IS STILL GLASS ON THE GROUND!!!!! A week later my friend s car was stolen!! And again the response was "It's not our problem. The only thing we can do is clean up the glass." When I moved in we had new paint, appliances, carpet, doors everything was remodeled. About a week later I noticed the front door was not level causing my locks to become next to impossible to work, the dry wall was cracking, the "new" base board in the bathroom was peeling off the wall, my sliding glass door handle snapped off when I tried to open it, During the first rain my ceiling leaked and water came flooding in through the seams on the sliding glass door and I m on the THIRD FLOOR!!!! It feels like the flooring under the carpet has holes in it, the drains in both the shower and the tub were clogged, there is no cold water coming out of the faucet in the tub only scalding hot! Yea the price I got is nice for a 2 bed 2 bath on the third floor but I would have been better off paying a homeless man to rent out his cardboard box for 14 months!

I feel your pain...my car was broken into not even a week after moving into this slum. I have bars on my windows and extra locks installed.
