Yes i have personally witnessed most of the problems listed in the rather accurate reviews. I have been put on hold by maintence for 6 months for simple repairs, LIED to by the downright rude legacy staff and "new" management, been ignored about complaints of loud unsupervised rowdy children, and many other problems. Having lived next to a manager who had entire apartment remodeled while I waited MONTHS for a door to be fixed was the worst example of all (it was repaired very poorly and fell off hinges after 2 days, i was told the maintence guy who repaired it was fired and seen him week later at office clearly still employed...took another month to get it repaired correctly). Clearly Byron Reed does not know what goes on here or does not care but as thier reputaition is suffering greatly due to this... I would think they would be ASHAMED of the poor way this place is run and the terrible way its residents are treated and lied to. Maybe residents should come together and contact an attorney and city inspector (HINT, HINT!)

I do have a city inspector review report about the slums they have us living in, so whenever any of its tenants want to get something done about this ----ed up situation i am ready and more than willing to put so much effort toward making our landlord show himself as the real slumlord that he is in court. i know that any help would help our situation dramatically because i got a whopper of story to tell myself. guera_yomami@yahoo.com
